So I thought it might be fun to make a video of my NINJA BLENDER in action! And incidentally I made an updated version of the Blueberry Almond Smoothie- I call it the Blueberry Almond 2.0- because it has two extra ingredients that pack the nutritional punch- almond butter and spinach! As you can tell I eyeballed the ingredients and ended up needing more blueberries which I added later (you can see the color change!) What's your favorite smoothie recipe? Blueberry Almond 2.0
1 c soy milk
1/2 c blueberries
15 almonds
1 tbsp almond butter
1 c spinach
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
