Why I LOVE My FABFITFUN Box!

I’m sure by now you have all seen ads for the FabFitFun seasonal boxes- they are EVERYWHERE! After months of seeing these ads and videos of bloggers/celebrities opening their @FabFitFun boxes I decided to treat myself to one as a birthday gift. I found a discount code for $10 off, made my order, waited a few weeks, and after waiting what felt to be an excruciatingly long time- my box arrived. To be fair- when I ordered my box I failed to notice that boxes would not start shipping out for another month. I received my box pretty quickly after it was supposed to be shipped! Now let’s just agree on one thing right now- I am not rich nor have I ever been rich so taking the leap on a $40 ($50 without the code) box of goodies seemed a little scary but possibly ultra rewarding- I mean the company claims that each box has over $250 worth of products “but what if I hated every product”! I had been stalking every sneak peak blog post I could find to get a few previews of what my box would be and the products seemed rad so I was feeling a lot of excitement when I opened my box.
First look- beautiful lavender box with intricate and colorful designs. Felt like the most princess-y mail I had ever received! My cat was obsessed from the second she laid eyes on her soon to be new box. I opened the box to a beautiful array of products- including a vibrant blue Gypsy roundie and an adorable white MILLY Zip Pouch that read Slay All Day.
I have used/made use of nearly everything that my FabFitFun Spring 2017 box included. The Gypsy roundie is HUGE- much bigger than expected-and has added a cozy feel to a bare wall in my bedroom. It would also make the best beach blanket this summer when Dante and I find the time to relax. We live right next to the beach but surprisingly we don’t spend much time there but maybe this roundie will be the reason we change that! The roundie comes in three different colors/patterns and the blue one I received matches my bed set WHAT!
The Briogeo Rosarco Milk Reparative Leave-In Conditioning Spray and the Karuna Hydrating+ Face Mask Set are great products to add to my beauty regime. I had never used a spray leave in conditioner before but I could notice how soft this spray was making my hair after the first use. Also kinda new to the face masks- I had never worn the kind that kinda look like you are wearing a second face- but wow- how luxurious! The masks left my face feeling re-hydrated and glowy. There is a ton of product on each of the masks (it comes with 4) and I have experienced no irritation from these masks despite having sensitive skin. Always a win!

But I have to say the biggest winner in the entire box is the Dr. Brandt exfoliating microdermabrasion face scrub. It is liquid magic. I grew up with terrible acne that left some scars on my cheeks and after using this scrub twice a week for the last month I have seen my scars disappear. This scrub leaves my face feeling so soft and smooth, too. Oh- and once again- I have sensitive skin and not a bit of irritation from this magic elixir of exfoliating goodness. This product alone retails for $79 and I never ever could have ever believed I would pay that much for a face scrub but this product was life changing.
I chose the AJ LUV earring option for my box (you can also choose a bangle or BOTH) and I was a little disappointed when they arrived because a stud was missing but I reached out to customer service who promptly responded and credited my account $10 instead of sending me a new pair. Customer service was great and gave me the option to resolve the earring issue with a $10 credit and ultimately I chose it because I wasn't the biggest fan of the earrings. They are pretty but they seemed more dangly on the website and I don't love the rose gold (which is usually my FAVE)!
The FabFitFun box also came with a REALHER Lip Kit and Nature’s Bounty Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins . The trio kit seems high quality and the lip stick gloss is really difficult to remove so that is a plus but unfortunately I received the neutral pink color and it made me look very ill. They also offer a red and a maroon-ish so I’m sure those options are more flattering. The vitamins were GUMMY and therefore FUN; I have difficulty remembering to take my vitamins every day but the gummy factor made me look forward to getting to take them. After a month of taking two gummies a day, I really noticed that my hair, skin, and nails looked healthier and stronger! So once again- another addition to my daily routine thanks to @FabFitFun!
So for me the box was well well worth it and valued at around $360!!! Despite not loving every product, I loved the majority SO much that I would be willing to do it all over again! I mean heck I am tempted to get another box just to get another bottle of Dr. Brandts! If you want to give @FabFitFun a try, follow this link!
